Dear Saun

Dear Shaun I'm gone
as I ran down the staircase.
thinking hard about the lost time.
they say time wasted never returns.
but dear God if it's possible I want
mine back.
please let me have mine back.
I want it all back.
but it's all gone.
so dear Shaun I'm gone

they say I should be happy I've got a
story to tell.
but wbere do I start?
from the banging sounds when you hit
me? or from the evilness in your voice
when you remind me of my past deeds
making sure each and every inch of
the wound received the salt.
maybe I should start from the past
where you promised to kill me .
tell me where should I start?.
maybe i should tell them about the
scar on my upper lip or the way the
blood was pounding like a broken
water pipe.
how you laughed and told me i deserve
the scar.

I know you deserve heĺĺ but I wish you
go to heaven maybe for a day or two
so your angels would meet mine
but that's not my call to make.
unlike Brandy these scars I've got ain't
part of who I am.
I refuse to be a victim
I made new friends now. TD jaķes,
Anthony Hamilton John legend the list
is endless.
this is me now, I am happy now.
no fear, no tear, no pain..
I no longer have that walk of shame.
nothing ever stays the same.
I drag my suitcase with pride .
I made it out of the lion's den alive.
and this time it's forever.
it's now or never.
oh the breath of fresh air.
the sound of birds mimicking sweet
melodies.
this is the new chapter
SO DEAR SHAUN I'M GONE!

Blessings in Disguise

Appreciation doesn't hurt, maybe it does sometimes
He is not the perfect guy,
But he’s exactly what she needs.
He's not the best looking guy around,
But his personality makes him a handsome man to her.
He doesn't have a lot of money,
But he spoils her with attention, affection, honesty, loyalty, and love.
Sometimes he doesn't know the right things to say or do,
But he knows how to show he cares.

He makes mistakes at times,
But he always tries to make up for them.
He doesn't have the biggest muscles or the nicest body,
But he has a very strong heart.
He gets too busy for her at times,
But he never forget to try to make time for her,
At least to pay her a visit once in a while,
He sends texts, little chatter over the phone to make on her laugh.

Dinners and outings with her sometimes, things she appreciate about him.
He's not very good in many things,
But he always gives her his best effort.
Sometimes he maddens her here and there,
But he knows just how to put a smile right back on her face.
At times he makes her feel like shit,
But no other guy loves her more than he does.
SHE’S LUCKY AND BLESSED, ISN’T SHE?

Evolution of Us

When we grow old
We return to our youth
Can we be old whilst young?
This day and age is twisted
Everything is twisted
Perhaps it is the evolution of natural growth

From quarks and neutrons and protons...atoms and molecules
To cells, tissues and organs...body forms
Midgets, giants, beautiful, ugly, sexy, obsessed and abusive
We have come from very far
But death has its own terms in terms of time
So everyone dies
Young and old, by disease or accident or pure evil

I almost, like an unfaithful, despair with all happening around me
I almost cursed the day I was born
I almost saw no point of living
I almost saw no point of looking forward,
To what? To Death?
My question is why can't we just grow and never die?
Even to that, I took a step back
I saw that there is order and therefore, purpose.

Therefore,
There is no such a thing as from something to nothing
It must be,
From something to something even better and more
Even if we "YOLO"
There must be more
I think,
I want it to be like that
I want more, motivation
"Where there's hope, there's life"
I have hope, therefore, I have life.

The Chronicles of the Fallen Angels: Love

To Adams' surprise...
I had the fruit in my hands.
With love I held it
My eyes were fixed on the mystical fruit
Mind captured by the after taste
The joy that I will be clever
"Oh no Eve!" he said in awe
Overwhelmed by the turn of events
Breathless and speechless
He grapped my hands
Looked into my eyes
"How could you do this to me?" he asked
You will die, he said
I relayed the legend of the tree
And there, he took a bite
To his surprise, it was true,
Everything was true....
The tree of good and evil
Did more evil than good
We saw our nakedness,
For the first time, we felt ashamed
We were scared of God
We hid from the company of angels
His ministers,
We hid from His bliss
I hoped Adam wouldn't go through that with me,
He wished I had not eaten,
Nevertheless, he was willing to die with me
Adam couldn't bear living eternity alone
"Bone of my bones, flesh of my flesh"
We were one,
So shall be our end.
For it is certain, ours is DOOM.

The Chronicles of the Fallen Angels: Deceit

I saw him
I saw him from a distance
And I was glad to see him
I rejoiced when he drew nearer
I looked around,
No Adam around
Thanks God!
I was taken by his beauty
Not that Adam was ugly
But this one makes my blood boil.
Finally, he came and spoke to me...
He hugged me
And his chest was warm like fire
Then he crossed his arms,
Folded his legs
And told me many stories about his work
How he was the leader of angels,
And that he was the choir master of heaven
Who wouldn't have believed him?
So before we parted,
I begged him to tell me one more secret
He took me to the center of the garden
I saw it, as it was everyday
But the words he spoke revealed more than that
The tree of good and evil
The tree that will make one clever as he is
Who wouldn't have taken the bite?
I couldn't wait for Adam to come back
And eat with him...
